Our first lilies got harvested!! So many beautifully colored and aromatic flowers are starting to blossom. We’ve had our first few harvests of Dahlias, we’ve now got a lot of Larkspur, Danish Flag Poppies, Snapdragons, Sunflowers, Millet, Yarrow, and all the other wonderful summer blooms appearing in the bouquets. You can find these bouquets at all our markets and quite possibly soon at the Half Moon Bay New Leaf Market. We’ll be sure to let you know if and when we start selling our bouquets there.
Our Field Day was this past Saturday and we were on the party train! It was busy around here setting up hay bales for seating, menu planning with Chef Tim, prepping for the small farm stand and the u-pick sweet peas and berries, and creating scavenger hunt maps. We really enjoyed meeting those of you who attended and all of your friends and family that you brought along.
