Also known as pointy or conehead cabbage (cuz it sure looks like a conehead), this cabbage is looks crazy, tastes great. Arrowhead is an old heirloom type of cabbage you don’t see in the grocery store very often. It tastes just like our regular green cabbage. Cole slaw? Grated in tacos or burritos? Sautéed with butter or stewed down? All excellent.
