Kohlrabi Latkes

Ingredients

2 medium kohlrabi, peeled and grated
1 egg
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp onion, grated
2 tsp flour
butter

Directions

Grate the kohlrabi and onion by hand or in a food processor using the grater attachment. Mix with the egg and flour and fry in butter until brown on both sides. Drain on a paper bag and keep warm in a warm oven.
