8 cups mesclun salad mix
2 cups dried cranberries
1/2 pound strawberries, halved
1 mango, peeled and cubed
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup slivered almonds
ground black pepper


1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt


To prepare salad, in a large bowl mix salad greens, cranberries, strawberries, mango, and onion. Toss with dressing and sprinkle the amonds and blueberries on top.

To prepare dressing, combine sugar, oil, vinegar, and salt in a jar with lid. Seal jar and shake vigorously.
